Using Study Streak

Study Streak is for students aged 13 and over. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to use it.

Your account

• Give a real email address you can receive mail at.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• An account is for one person.

Your data

The subjects, sessions and exams you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Study Streak for you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use Study Streak for anything illegal;
• try to get into other people's accounts or into our systems;
• disrupt or overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
• get around the limits of the free plan other than by subscribing to Pro.

Study Streak Pro

• Pro costs $4.99 a month (USD). Google Play shows the price in your local currency before you pay.
• Google Play takes the payment. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
• If the price changes, Google Play will tell you before it applies to you.
• Deleting your Study Streak account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.

The service

We work to keep Study Streak running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, including what the free plan includes.

Study Streak is a tool for planning and tracking your study. It isn't academic advice and it can't guarantee exam results.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time: here's how. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you by email when we can.

Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, Study Streak is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data beyond what we can reasonably restore. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan.

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Study Streak after a change, the new terms apply. Questions? Email studystreakdev@gmail.com.
